Back To School Staples: The Graphic Tee.

 

It's Back to School season and you know what that means...

 In the back to school spirit, I compiled this Back To School wishlist centered around my staples for the upcoming school year and how they can be styled.

Put all these pieces together and you're ready to hit any campus, in a very comfortable and fashionable way. Always remember that comfort is key when planning BTS outfits. The last thing you want is to be in lecture and highly uncomfortable.

Back To School Staple: The Graphic Tee.

I'm personally still waging "the war against graphic tees" because many are honestly a bit too gimmicky( the hipster mustache, random french sayings- c'mon guys) for my personal taste and therefore, I tend to shy away from them.

However, I know that a funky and unique graphic tee is a most for every BTS shopping list. It's as simple as throwing on a t-shirt but it's cool enough to take your overall outfit from boring to funky.

I'm going ga-ga over this skirt. My newfound love for the midi skirt knows no bounds, friends. Times like this, I just want to reach into my computer and grab what's on screen (wah)!

Keds Double-Up from Keds.



I was never really into sneakers, so tennis shoes have always been my preferred comfort wear. Keds are a classic choice. Comfy, versatile and surprisingly rugged(they last longer than Converse or Vans, in my opinion).

I cannot remember the last time I wore a traditional backpack. I have a slew of "funky" backpacks and they barely get any wear. I am, and forever will be a leather tote/bucket bag girl. It's chic, functional and transitions super easily from classroom to lunch date to work/professional business. Can you imagine running into an important meeting or function with a backpag slung over your shoulder? I think not.
